✎Terms of Service ᝰ.
Payment Methods: Local clients can pay through GCash. International clients can pay through my Gank or Paypal.
Payment: Client must pay a 50% deposit before I start working. The remaining half must be paid before final video is given.
Revisions: 3 minor revisions are free (e.g. text corrections, volume adjustments). Any complex or surplus revisions will cost an additional PHP 250 or $7 per revision.
Delivery: Final video would be given through Google Drive and will be available for 1 month after delivery, unless advised by me otherwise.
Rights and Portfolio: Client owns the rights to the final video only after full payment. I retain the right to use the commission as part of my portfolio unless a strict NDA is discussed.
Credits: Client must provide video editing credits to me in video description or platform-equivalent, linking to my YouTube channel (Jinny Goofster)
Copyright: All assets provided by the client must be available for commercial use or have proper permissions. I am not liable for any copyright infringement, claim, or unauthorized use.
